Manufacturing Principle: The elastic air cushion cloth wheel is made of special cotton fabric with tiny interlayers, secured by gears and metal claws. The cloth wheel is rolled into strips at a 45° angle and then beveled to create a continuous roll. This roll is then mounted on a grooved central disc, forming pleats.

Polishing Characteristics: Suitable for polishing operations. This cloth wheel can be used with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic machinery.
